Our clients typically communicate with one of our directors, but the Customer Service Team plays an invaluable role in helping them help you.

Types of clients. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to SMEs, law firms, creative agencies, NGOs, manufacturers and consultancy firms to start-ups.

Headquarters in Amsterdam. Our headquarters are in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We have a deep understanding of your target markets and language requirements.

Document formats we can handle. We can handle pretty much any file format: from the usual Windows and iOS formats to specific formats for software and e-learning applications.

When are you too small a client? This doesn't exist. Your translation needs may be extremely limited: we serve you as one of our valued clients. Small companies may get big.

How do we invoice? Our invoices are sent to you via e-mail, directly from our Amsterdam, the Netherlands headquarters. They will be in Euro, and you will not pay any VAT or sales tax (unless you're based in the Netherlands).
